Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Sustainability in shaping and articulating a clear strategy for driving sustainability-related revenue, with an emphasis on growing revenue streams, talent, and technology capabilities.

  • Act as a key representative of sustainability for clients, offering strategic insights and identifying opportunities to drive revenue in coordination with the Sustainable Services Leader and other business units.

  • Collaborate across teams to develop and implement innovative sustainability services and operating models informed by market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological developments.

  • Maintain strong partnerships with business units to integrate sustainability knowledge across JLL, helping build internal capabilities and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Support and engage with JLL’s internal network of sustainability leads to further embed sustainability into core service offerings and expand its commercial impact.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in sustainable design, construction, or advisory roles, with progressive responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of the broader sustainability ecosystem and a genuine commitment to addressing climate change and related issues.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in delivering presentations and influencing diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to work independently, with a results‑driven and commercially minded approach.

  • Relevant educational qualifications and certifications.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail in both qualitative and quantitative outputs.

  • Collaborative and personable, able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Prior experience delivering sustainability solutions, either in‑house or in a consulting capacity.

  • Knowledge of green building standards such as LEED, BREEAM, or WELL, and expertise in energy and carbon within the real estate sector.

  • Experience in driving business growth within a sustainability context is a plus.
