Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of all children in the care room.
- Lead age-appropriate activities and manage group dynamics.
- Communicate regularly with parents and handle emergencies calmly.

- Maintain records, paperwork, and a clean, organised space.

- 1+ year as a Center Director.
- Experience managing multi-age groups, including school-age children.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or similar certification.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning.
- Experience with diapering and knowledge of diapering best practices.
- Strong communication skills with children and parents.
- First Aid & CPR certification (can be supported before start date).
