The Opportunity

As our Operations Manager, you will build, streamline, and optimize the operational backbone of our marketplace. You will design processes for supplier onboarding, order management, issue resolution, and quality assurance ensuring flawless execution as Zenrox scales across the UK healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketplace operational workflows
  • Manage supplier onboarding from verification to activation
  • Oversee full order lifecycle: quote aggregation, supplier coordination, order tracking, and payment processes
  • Establish SLAs and performance metrics for suppliers and internal teams
  • Build issue resolution workflows and act as the escalation point for operational challenges
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high platform standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Engineering
  • Develop operational playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage operational systems and tools (CRM, order management, communication platforms)

What You Bring

  • 4+ years experience in operations management, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B platforms
  • Strong process design, workflow mapping, and optimization expertise
  • Excellent project management and multistakeholder coordination skills
  • Calm, structured approach to urgent operational issues
  • Strong communication skills across suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Experience building new processes from the ground up
  • Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizations
