Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will build and lead Zenrox's B2B healthcare marketing function from the ground up. You will drive brand positioning, develop thought leadership, and generate high-quality leads across the UK healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting NHS, private hospitals, GP practices, and care homes.
  • Produce high-quality content: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and procurement insights.
  • Drive LinkedIn presence (organic + paid campaigns).
  • Execute lead-generation initiatives including content funnels, webinars, and industry events.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, ROI calculators, and one-pagers.
  • Manage website content and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate Zenrox's participation in healthcare trade events and conferences.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns for nurturing and engagement.
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to optimize performance.
  • Support PR and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align pipeline goals.
