What you\’ll be doing as a Shift Manager Day-to-day, you\’ll coordinate and guide a team of production operatives, ensuring all manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with established schedules, specifications, and quality standards – while keeping waste and cost to a minimum.
