Are you an interim quality manager looking for your next assignment to start in January 2025? We are seeking an expert Interim Quality Manager to Drive Excellence in a Tier 1 Automotive Business Day rate of £400 to £600 (dependent on experience). 3 month fixed term period with potential for extension. Currently going through a major NPI process with a leading OEM. Strong Lean and CI culture. What you will be doing: Champion Quality: Uphold the relentless commitment to quality, ensuring each product surpasses high standards. Resolve and Improve: Lead the charge in addressing quality concerns ensuring effective resolution. Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate customer insights into actionable quality enhancements, embodying a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. KPIs: Monitor progress with insightful KPI analysis, guiding the journey towards operational excellence. Team Mentor: Guide the quality team with your expertise, maintaining results through operational challenges.
