We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist for our office. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude toward learning, and the ability to handle a high workload effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and registering visitors in the different databases.
  • Manage incoming calls in a professional manner, effectively attending to the needs of callers.
  • Supervise and effectively manage office resources.
  • Perform various general administrative tasks.
  • Supporting other departments if required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven background in administrative roles.
  • Availability for either a full-time or part-time position
