Requirements
Bachelor\’s degree in Linguistics, Languages, Literature, or a related field
Native or near‐native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
Fluent in English with excellent listening, writing, spelling, and attention to detail
Strong command of linguistic theory, grammar, and language structure
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Computer literacy
Preferred (but not mandatory)
Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
Annotation – Audio/Video/Image/Sentence/Word validation
Categorization, conversational interactions, content creation, correction, evaluation, and localization
Connectivity & Accessories

Secure internet location, protected by a strong password
