Shape the Future. Join Sightsavers’ Global Board. Sightsavers – a world-leading international development organisation – is seeking exceptional trustees to join its Global Board in 2026. This is your chance to influence strategy and drive change for a world where no one is blind from avoidable causes and everyone can participate equally in society.

We’re looking for individuals with expertise in:

  • A wealth of leadership experience in international organisations and the ability to operate on a large, diverse and globally located board.
  • Experience and networks in the media, specifically television.
  • Knowledge of fundraising, with a particular emphasis on individual giving or direct marketing.
  • Experience in Sightsavers’ markets, with a global outlook.
  • Experience of programme delivery and international development.
