You\’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project and change delivery practices across the organisation.We are seeking someone who understands that real success lies in embedding sustainable change—not just implementing systems. This is more than a project delivery role; the emphasis will be on change management: ensuring that technology is not just introduced, but embraced, understood, and effectively integrated across the organisation.We\’re seeking a skilled Change Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing technology or business change projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2, and be skilled in applying change management principles to drive user adoption and minimise disruption. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.
