Overview
Purpose Of Job
The surgical specialist is responsible for the sales, training, and ongoing support of the OMNI Surgical System within NHS & Private Hospitals in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales objectives to drive UK growth within territory.
- Create and maintain an effective strategic account plan for territory.
- Establish strong/trusted commercial relationships with HCPs to support sales growth.
- Develop into a KOL for OMNI.
- Train and support HCPs in the use of OMNI.
- Document training progression and completion for HCPs.
- Network with HCP peers to identify new leads for potential business growth.
- Participate in Regional/National meetings when required.
- Appropriately escalate clinical/surgical issues, complications, complaints, adverse events.
- Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Complete all company training and compliance requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and credible image with all customers and co-workers.

- Successful sales track record in med device industry.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Strong sales presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as well as within a strong team environment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience, with minimum of 3 years of selling pharmaceutical/devices in Ophthalmology with proven track record of success.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills necessary.
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Required to live within geography of territory.
