Are you passionate about connecting with people and making a real impact? We’re looking for an Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey. This is a unique opportunity to engage with the local community, build meaningful relationships, and spread the word about the vital support we provide to people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted, and deafblind.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing strong networks with individuals and professionals across Surrey
  • Organising and facilitating monthly social inclusion events
  • Promoting the charity through events, partnerships, and community outreach
  • Delivering talks to local groups and organisations
  • Playing a key role in enhancing awareness and support for our services

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An empathetic and compassionate communicator
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Someone with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A confident networker who enjoys building relationships
  • Ability to travel across Surrey
