Sigenergy is seeking a Technical Support and Field Engineer to provide exceptional support for our customers during installation and maintenance of our products. You will engage in remote diagnostics as well as on-site assistance when necessary, ensuring optimal use of Sigenergy solutions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong technical knowledge of inverters and batteries, and excellent communication skills.
