As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Sigenergy’s product portfolio by providing technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support to customers and partners. Your goal is to ensure that customers and partners can leverage Sigenergy solutions effectively, while enabling business growth through strong pre-sales engagement and solution positioning. You will also play a key role in training and knowledge transfer within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Technical Consultation
- Work closely with sales teams and customers to design PV solar & ESS solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, including system sizing, configuration, and optimization.
- Collaborate with HQ product and R&D teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions comply with local technical standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Customer & Partner Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, installers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, providing solution insights.
- Gather market feedback and relay it to HQ for continuous improvement of product and service offerings.
- Training & Enablement
- Organize and deliver technical training sessions for employees, customers, and partners (online and on-site).
- Topics include product features, solution design, installation best practices, and safety guidelines.
- Develop training materials, solution guides, and knowledge resources to strengthen partner ecosystem capabilities.
- Solution Performance & Reporting
- Monitor solution adoption and performance in the market, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Track KPIs to measure solution effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports for management on market needs, solution deployment, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PV solar & ESS industry, with a focus on solution design, system integration, and project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, and operation.
- Proven experience in technical consulting, solution selling, and customer/partner enablement.
- Excellent project management skills with a record of successfully supporting complex solution deployments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of European languages or Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically & internationally as required.
