We are seeking a German-speaking Investor Relations Associate to join our Investor Relations, RFP, and Marketing team in Frankfurt and London. The role supports the firm’s investor communication and distribution activities and involves close collaboration with senior management, portfolio managers, and institutional clients.
This position is well suited to a disciplined, detail-oriented professional who values professionalism, discretion, and long-term relationship building within an institutional investment environment.

- Offices in London and Frankfurt, with investment manager offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, and Japan.
- Liquid and semi-liquid investment strategies with substantial assets under management and established investment track records.
- A diversified institutional client base including public and corporate pension funds, foundations, family offices, and private banks.
- The firm operates with institutional rigor, a long-term perspective, and an entrepreneurial ownership structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business Development Partners in maintaining and developing relationships with institutional investors.
- Acting as a point of contact for existing investors and coordinating responses to investor inquiries across internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the Board of Directors in monitoring and reporting on distribution initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating marketing and investor materials in coordination with the business development team.
- Coordinating and completing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and webinars in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working with portfolio managers to prepare and maintain high-quality presentation materials.
- Assisting with investor events, roadshows, and conferences.
- Coordinating investor meetings and conference calls.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in investment management, financial services, or management consulting.
- Professional working proficiency in German is required; strong English skills are essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and transparency.
- Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
