What’s the role?

As a Transport Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transport and logistics function. From booking couriers to handling driver queries, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will keep everything moving smoothly.
You’ll be the go-to person for transport admin supportensuring everything from paperwork to vehicle bookings is in order and compliant.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing and issuing daily invoices for transport-related activities
  • Booking vehicles and couriers in line with delivery schedules
  • Monitoring and noting any potential driver fines
  • Printing and preparing paperwork for drivers
  • Answering calls from drivers and working with the sales team to resolve any transport or order queries
  • Filing and maintaining accurate transport records
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth delivery operations

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to handle fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a transport administration role is desirable but not essential we’re happy to train the right person
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Outlook
