The Role
As a Speedline Technical Consultant, you’ll be the go‑to expert for clients, Architects, and contractors, providing technical advice and design support for drywall systems. This is a desk‑based role with hybrid flexibility, where you’ll manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Technical Support: Deliver prompt, accurate advice on Speedline drywall systems, specifications, and installation methods via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and compliance records.
- Design Assistance: Review construction drawings and assist with design coordination; experience with CAD (AutoCAD / Revit) is advantageous.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical issues, recommend solutions and identify preventative measures.
- Reporting: Compile reports on technical inquiries and product feedback to support continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring

- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of drywall systems and site working practices; experience with fire, acoustic, and structural performance is a plus.
