We’re now looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager at Milford Roofing to take the lead at one of our key locations bringing energy, leadership, and commercial savvy to a high-performing team.
What’s the role?
As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your branch’s performance and direction. You’ll lead by example creating a culture where colleagues feel empowered to deliver outstanding service, customers feel supported, and the branch thrives commercially. You’ll be responsible for the branch’s day-to-day operation and long-term success. That means developing local sales strategies, spotting growth opportunities, and keeping a close eye on margin, profitability, and customer retention. It also means being present and visible supporting your team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every process runs safely and efficiently. At your side, you’ll have a skilled team and your leadership will be key to helping them develop, perform, and succeed. Whether it’s resolving a challenge on the trade counter, managing stock levels, or working with suppliers, your calm, focused approach will keep everything moving in the right direction. We’ll trust you to maintain the highest standards in health & safety, champion our values, and ensure your branch reflects the professionalism and service SIG Roofing is known for.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a confident and commercially aware leader, with a strong background in sales, operations, or branch management ideally within construction, merchanting, or a related environment. You’ll understand the balance between driving performance and developing people. Your customer-focused, operationally strong, and comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed.
