Ready to make your mark? Join a global leader's UK expansion! We are Sievo, a Finnish-born, global-leading procurement analytics SaaS company, and we’re officially opening our doors in London. For years, we’ve successfully built and served the UK market remotely from our Helsinki HQ, but now we are entering our next growth chapter. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our UK team and be at the forefront of this expansion.

As the first Key Account Manager of our London office, this is a chance to shape our local presence and leave your mark – with the full backing of an over 20-year-old, global procurement analytics SaaS leader.

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on:

  • Account management: You’ll have full commercial and contractual ownership of a dedicated portfolio of about 15-20 enterprise accounts. You will be leading your own client cluster to drive client success, ensuring the customers are happy, while also focusing on where the highest value is.
  • Driving growth & retention: You’ll have ownership of your accounts from upsales and retention perspectives. You will be driving our growth by ensuring that we meet and go beyond our clients’ expectations as well as grow their use of our solutions.
  • Influencing decision-makers: You’ll guide CxO’s and key decision-makers as well as act as a trusted advisor for them.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work in close collaboration with the UK leadership and Helsinki-based Account Management organization while being supported by other functions globally.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strategic account & sales management: Proven experience managing six-figure B2B solution sales across enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders. Skilled at identifying and driving upsales / cross-sales, as well as driving retention within your portfolio.
  • Relationship building: Excel at building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with global clients and thrive to exceed client expectations. Able to navigate complex organizations to find the relevant key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Impactful communication: Fluent communication skills in English and excellent presentation skills enabling you to convince senior stakeholders in Procurement, IT, ESG and Finance functions.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to stay ahead across a portfolio of accounts, balance competing priorities, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Tech-driven mindset: Tech-savvy, and a quick learner of new software and technologies. Able to transform that knowledge to solution proposals for your customers.

What we also appreciate:

  • Prior understanding of procurement, experience working in procurement or with procurement solution providers.
  • Ability to hold discussions in other languages, such as French or German, is considered as an advantage.

What awaits you at Sievo:

  • Be a key player in building Sievo’s UK presence, trusted with ownership and flexibility to shape your role.
  • Partner and work directly with high profile executives from Fortune 500 companies.
  • A team of 40+ nationalities, providing the possibility to work with an international group of great people with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ambitious, yet kind and supportive culture – challenged to grow, backed to succeed, and never left to figure it out alone.
  • Founded on an open, honest and transparent Nordic working culture where we value freedom and responsibility.

This is a full-time position, and the salary model consists of base salary and commission. Sievo has a hybrid working model. Candidate is expected to be based in the London metropolitan area (or nearby) and join us at the office in London around 2-3 days per week. The position requires occasional travel to customer sites, mostly within the UK and Europe, approximately 30 days a year. Please note that we are unable to provide relocation sponsorship for this role and all candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.

At Sievo, we celebrate and support differences and strive to create a culture where everyone feels valued and included. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we do not discriminate against any individual in hiring or employment based on gender, gender identity or expression, age, ethnic or national origin, nationality, language, religion or belief, opinion, disability, state of health, sexual orientation, or other personal reasons.
