Job Purpose:To deliver exceptional customer service and order processing support, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. This role ensures customer satisfaction through accurate communication, efficient coordination, and timely delivery of products and services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the internal CRM system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across departments
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded in terms of product delivery and service quality
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to support technical queries
