Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What you\’ll do

  • Greet guests at reception and uphold a friendly work environment
  • Order and manage office supply inventory (pens, staples, paper, ink, etc.)
  • Pick up mail, manage package distribution to employees, schedule package pickups
  • Maintain general office organization of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations
  • Assemble gift packages (baby gifts, customer gifts)
  • Assist with general requests from Executive Assistants to help set up lunches/coffee for customer and internal executive meetings
  • Serve as point-of-contact for facilities requests and repairs, liaise with property management
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and day-to-day requests from current employees
  • You will be expected to be in-office 5 days a week
  • This is a 6-month contract role, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time
