What you’ll do:
- Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency.
- Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
- Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
- Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews.
- Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates.
- Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
- Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
- Ability to be in person in our London office, Monday - Thursday.
