Meet Siena. Siena is the Agent of Record for consumer brands, managing the entire customer journey on a shared intelligence layer that no point tool can replicate. Consumer brands typically use ten or more disconnected tools to manage their customers, but we collapse that stack into a single agent. It started with support and expands to Shopping Agent, Social Agent, and Siena working alongside a brand's operators. Hundreds of brands already run real customer volume on Siena in production.
The team is small, fully distributed, and global. We have built leverage into how we work, allowing us to move at speed. We hire athletes who own real outcomes, communicate directly, and act promptly. If you want to own real problems rather than close tickets, keep reading.
About the Role: This is a hands-on Solutions Engineer role, the second SE on a small, high-output GTM team. You'll own the technical side of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales demos and integration scoping to post-sales custom builds and new workflows inside existing accounts. A significant part of this role is enablement, building and maintaining the demo environment and asset library for the GTM team, and creating demos and technical assets for internal teams and external workshops. You will also stay in accounts after the deal closes, scoping new custom integrations and building new workflows alongside field deployment managers.
What You'll Own:
- Enablement & Demos: Build and maintain the demo environment and asset library, create demos and technical content for internal teams and external workshops.
- Pre-sales, POCs & Trials: Lead live technical discovery, own multi-week POC/trial programs end to end.
- Integrations & Post-sales Builds: Scope integrations across the e-commerce CX stack, decide native-vs-custom, and build and test them yourself.
- Product Feedback: Be the connective tissue across Sales, Engineering, Product, and CS.
What You’ll Need:
- Pre-sales experience: 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on technical ability: Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
- E-commerce CX stack breadth: Working knowledge of the ecosystem.
- Clear communication: Ability to explain AI and technical concepts clearly.
- Self-direction: Comfort prioritising across many simultaneous deals.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience configuring, prompting, or selling LLM/AI agent products.
- Experience working with contact-center technology.
- Experience writing and pricing custom-integration SOWs.
- Familiarity with the rapidly evolving AI CX landscape.
Why Siena?
- Real ownership: You will own problems with the autonomy to solve them your way.
- Work that ships and matters: What you build reaches real consumer brands fast.
- A category we are creating: The Agent of Record is new ground.
- A team that respects your judgment: Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy.
- Great salary plus equity or stock grants.
- Learning budget: If you are growing, so are we.
- AI-fluency by default: Few places will push your work with production AI further.
