Role overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will oversee the day‑to‑day mechanical production activities, ensuring efficient operations, high‑quality output, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in driving performance, leading a skilled team, and contributing to the success of our cutting‑edge projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of mechanical production staff to meet and exceed production targets and quality standards.
- Plan and organise production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor and analyse production metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and implement enhancements.
