As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple projects across the business, helping ensure activities are effectively coordinated, tracked, and delivered in line with project objectives. Working closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders, you will support project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination across a varied and fast‑paced project portfolio. Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across the business.
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and support the tracking of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions through to completion.
- Support project governance activities, including reporting and status updates for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Assist with risk, issue, and change management activities across projects.
- Coordinate resources and support project teams to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
- Support financial tracking activities, including monitoring budgets, purchase orders, and project spend.
- Act as a central coordination point between project teams, suppliers, customers, and wider business functions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, PMO, or similar project delivery role.
- Experience working within defence, engineering, technical, aerospace, or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Primavera P6, or similar.
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects within a fast‑paced environment.
