As aJuniorCommunication Systems Engineer, you will play a key role insupportingthe design, implementation, and maintenance of secure communication systems.Notwo days will be the same, as you willlearn how todeliver complex, high‑impact solutions to meet operational requirements.Teamwork is second nature to you as you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and work closely with our Senior Communication System Engineers to design, build, configure andmaintainmission systems.

Assistin the development andoptimisationof communication system architectures to meet project and customer requirements.

Collaborate with software, hardware, and network teams to integrate communication systems into broader solutions.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to communication system performance and compatibility.

Prepare andmaintaindetailed technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test plans.
As a Junior Communication Systems Engineer, you will be working on operationally relevant and interesting challenges.You have ownership, are close to the customer,and final operational outcomes.Ideally, you are a recent graduate inComputer Systems and Networks or arelatedfield.What'smost important to us is thatyou'rewilling to learn, get stuckin,and help shape ourorganisation.
