As a team member in our kitchen, the Kitchen Support role reports to the Back-of-House (BOH) Supervisor and is vital for smooth operations. Responsibilities include operating industrial dishwashing equipment, maintaining inventory through receiving and organizing products, and assisting with light food preparation. Additionally, team members ensure a clean and inviting environment in all areas.

What You Will Do
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment safely to clean and inspect dishware and kitchen tools, or manually wash pots, pans, and cast-iron dishes.
- Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and compost in designated areas.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as cutting, mixing, peeling, and assembling.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and work areas.
- Organize and rotate orders and products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the restaurant operation.
- Follow all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
