We keep pushing boundaries, whether that’s in the brewhouse, with sustainability, or in the great outdoors.Get to Know This RoleThe Brewing Supervisor leads one of Sierra Nevada\’s brewing team(s) which could include Brewing, Cellar, Filtration, or Special Projects. This is a rotational position within the brewing supervisory team and requires a focus on cross-functional training. There will be an emphasis on producing a high-quality product or service in all areas. Supervisors will be expected to collaborate well with other leaders throughout the organization. Responsibilities will vary greatly between department supervision and leadership, technical expertise, quality assurance, and department/brewery level project oversight using our company values and annual goals as a guide. For starters, we’re offering $68,640 to $104,716 base compensation + 15% shift differential for this role. Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
