We keep pushing boundaries, whether that’s in the brewhouse, with sustainability, or in the great outdoors.Get to Know This RoleThe Brewer Technician 1 efficiently operates and monitors Sierra Nevada\’s state-of-the-art brewing systems to produce award winning beers. Reporting to the Brewing Supervisor, the Tech 1 follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensures our beers meet quality standards. The Brewer Technician 1 is responsible for developing a basic knowledge of brewing, cellaring and filtration operations to support or perform any of these skills as assigned. This position will require frequent interaction with various departments throughout the company as well as a high-level of teamwork, autonomy and attention to detail to produce beers of the finest quality.
Please note: We are accepting applications for 2nd (2:00pm-10:30pm) plus 7% shift differential and 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) Sun-Thur plus 15% shift differential
