Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure), delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent.
- A well-established network within the tech industry and a passion for building new connections.
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical talent is a plus.
- Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS).
