In the role of Purchasing Manager you will lead the purchasing requirements of the business, ensuring that prices are continuously monitored and negotiated with suppliers maintaining regular contract reviews 2.
As Purchasing Manager, you will source and procure raw materials including polymers, rubber compounds, additives, colourants, assembly components, consumables, maintenance spend and masterbatch. 3.
The successful purchasing Manager will be responsible for negotiating pricing, contracts, payment terms and supply agreements 4.
Ensure materials are available to support production schedules while maintaining optimum inventory levels 5.
