Overview: Working alongside our client, an established and forward-thinking injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join their team and support continued business growth.
Remit:
- This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Technician with strong mould processing, machinery, tooling and materials knowledge

Role:
- As Injection Mould Technician you will work on new tooling projects for process optimization and an understanding of capability studies and results analysis
- Maintain accurate and disciplined Quality Assurance Documentation completion in line with production procedures of the Quality Management System
- Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure and cycle times to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Monitoring equipment, troubleshooting and taking preventative measures to ensure machinery is kept in safe working order
- Carry out continuous improvement on cycle times and machine / equipment layouts
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping are maintained
Experience Requirements:
- Industry recognized injection moulding qualifications
- Fully conversant with injection moulding processes, machinery and tooling
- Demonstrable experience of process optimization and troubleshooting
- Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Good problem solving skills with ability to work off own initiative
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with flexibility and can-do attitude
