This position will suit a Senior / Lead Maintenance Engineer with good people skills looking to progress into a leadership role. Candidates MUST HAVE prior maintenance experience within injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment.

In the role of Maintenance Manager you will oversee all maintenance activities for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipment onsite. This Maintenance Manager position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for minimizing downtime and developing a preventative maintenance culture across the plant.
As Maintenance Manager you will:
- Lead the Maintenance Team towards TPM, ensuring continuous and safe running to reduce incidents and breakdowns
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Lead all maintenance operations for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipment
- Develop and mentor the Maintenance Engineers within the team
- Plan and control maintenance budgets, spares and critical inventory
Previous experience within injection moulding maintenance is essential. A good working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic/electrical automation controls is required. Experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance is also necessary.
