Working exclusively with our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team during an exciting period of sustained business growth.

This position will suit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter who is looking to further develop their skillset and progress within the injection moulding industry. The successful Injection Moulding Setter will have extensive training & development opportunities including exposure to Sierra 57 onsite mould training programmes.
As Injection Moulding Setter you will carry out tool changes effectively and safely in the injection moulding areas of the business. In the role of Injection Moulding Setter you will be required to ensure the continuous running of the machines at optimum cycle time to produce quality products.
- To be able to work well within the technical injection moulding setting, processing & optimisation team.
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- To ensure injection moulding processes can achieve targeted scrap and efficiency levels, on new and existing products.
- To drive continuous improvements ensuring product quality is maintained & good working practices are adhered to.
- To ensure Health & Safety rules are maintained with your own work area and demonstrate a duty of care to colleagues, visitors, contractors or anyone else on site.
Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is essential. Industry recognised injection moulding qualifications are an advantage.
