Our client, an established injection moulding manufacturer, has retained our services to search for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join their team.
- 30 days annual leave per annum
- ~5% Employer Pension Contribution (post 3-month postponement period)

Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing with good mould setting and processing skills. This opportunity will suit an Injection Moulding Technician who is looking to continue their development and further their career within the industry.
The successful injection moulding technician candidate will carry out tool changes effectively and safely in the injection moulding areas of the business. As injection moulding setter, it is your responsibility to ensure injection moulding processes can achieve targeted scrap and efficiency levels, on new and existing products.
To be able to work well within the technical injection moulding setting, processing & optimisation team. As injection moulding setter, you will be required to carry out tool and material trials, basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
To drive continuous improvements ensuring product quality is maintained & good working practices are adhered to. Ensuring that key performance indicators on tool changing are achieved. To ensure Health & Safety rules are maintained with your own work area and demonstrate a duty of care to colleagues, visitors, contractors or anyone else on site.
Injection moulding setting experience is required, along with a recognised injection moulding qualification (preferable) and the ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, crane etc.).
