Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer of automotive components, we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team on a permanent days role.
- Permanent days role, 4 day working week

As an Injection Moulding Setter you will be responsible for setting up injection moulding machines, including installing moulds and configuring machine settings for production runs. This role will suit candidates who can demonstrate experience within injection moulding manufacturing with good mould setting and processing skills looking to work on a permanent day shift.
- Setting machines and confirming accurate 1st off and inspecting last off
- The correct disposition of all waste from the moulding process
- Maximise machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness
- Support the safe and effective operation of mould shop equipment and the production of moulded components to the required standard
- Ensure housekeeping is completed to a high standard and all tools, products, materials and waste are in their allocated position
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures and training and report any H&S issues to Shift Manager
- Thorough knowledge of injection moulding process and moulding ancillaries
- Recognised plastics industry qualification equivalent to IMT level 2
A current copy of a passport, driving license, ID card or NI card will be required as part of the registration process.
