Benefits: * Day Shift (Mon-Fri 7-3.30) * Flexible holiday buy/sell scheme * Recognition and reward scheme * Internal and external learning and development * On site Café * Employee Assistance Programme * Cycle to Work & Tech Scheme * Enhanced Maternity & Partner leave Good Pension Scheme Overview: * As a Toolmaker working within the repair & maintenance teams you will be responsible for providing support to the company’s manufacturing operations by repairing and maintaining tooling to a production standard. * The successful candidate will have experience in repairing and maintaining mould & press tools and display a strong mechanical aptitude and the desire to learn and develop upon their skills where necessary Role: * Responsible for the repair, maintenance and improvement of mould and press tooling. * To manufacture all work as specified by the Tool Order Request using current issue design drawings. * To be capable of working to BS 308 drawing standards and its associated BS standards. * Confident using various methods of measurement with equipment such as: Micrometres, Verniers, Slip gauges, Pin and Thread gauges, Shadow graph, ect. * Evaluate repair jobs to determine the work involved to get tooling into …
