Overview: Working alongside our client, a specialist injection moulding manufacturer, we are experienced Quality Technician to join their team. Remit: * As a Quality Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining adherence to industry standards, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to maintain high-quality engineering practices. * This position with suit an experienced Quality Technician or Inspector that has experience working within an ISO9001 certified manufacturing environment, with knowledge of quality inspection using CMM and manual tools is essential. Role: * Conduct first-offs, last-offs and sample inspections * Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation * CMM programming tasks * Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies * Calibration of all metrology equipment * Performing routine maintenance and validation activities * Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Assisting with preparing QC SOPs and reviewing product specifications * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance. * You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
