Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer of automotive components we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.

Remit:
- As an Injection Moulding Setter you will be responsible for setting up injection moulding machines, including installing moulds and configuring machine settings for production runs.
- This role will suit candidates who can demonstrate experience within injection moulding manufacturing with good mould setting and processing skills however Trainee Setters will also be considered for this role with training available for the right candidate.
Role:
- Setting up injection moulding machines, including installing moulds and configuring machine settings for production runs.
- Monitoring the injection moulding process, including adjusting conditions to ensure product quality and reliability. Escalate any delays in mould changes or production stoppages to the Shift Leader or Production Manager.
- Conducting first-off inspections and ensuring product quality meets standards.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulds and machines.
- Maintaining accurate records of machine settings.
