Role

  • The successful Injection Moulding Setter will be responsible for all tool changes & colour changes as and when required to set up machines to run new products within a specific timeframe
  • As Injection Moulding Setter you will be accountable for setting up injection moulding machinery to first off standard, ensuring use of set process.
  • In the role of Injection Moulding Setter you will monitor injection moulding process to include condition setting, ensuring product quality and reliability.
  • Ensure all mould tooling is maintained to a high standard, liaising with the tooling department when faults are identified to ensure rectification ensuring schedules are adhered to.
  • Ensure the quality department are made aware of any injection moulding issues and all non-conforming plastic products are quarantined.
  • Ensure all H&S regulations and guidelines are adhered to, any non-conformances report to relevant personnel. xgikmsk
  • Conduct detailed daily handovers between shifts.
  • Adhere to the company's ISO standards
