- Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing with the ability to set, condition and optimise injection moulding machines

Role
- The successful Injection Moulding Setter will be responsible for all tool changes & colour changes as and when required to set up machines to run new products within a specific timeframe
- As Injection Moulding Setter you will be accountable for setting up injection moulding machinery to first off standard, ensuring use of set process.
- In the role of Injection Moulding Setter you will monitor injection moulding process to include condition setting, ensuring product quality and reliability.
- Ensure all mould tooling is maintained to a high standard, liaising with the tooling department when faults are identified to ensure rectification ensuring schedules are adhered to.
- Ensure the quality department are made aware of any injection moulding issues and all non-conforming plastic products are quarantined.
- Ensure all H&S regulations and guidelines are adhered to, any non-conformances report to relevant personnel. xgikmsk
- Conduct detailed daily handovers between shifts.
- Adhere to the company's ISO standards
