Working exclusively with our client, an established and expanding injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead their Maintenance Department.

Role:
- In the role of Maintenance Manager you will oversee all maintenance activities for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipment onsite
- This Maintenance Manager position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for minimizing downtime and developing a preventative maintenance culture across the plant
- As Maintenance Manager you will lead the Maintenance Team towards TPM, ensuring continuous and safe running to reduce incidents and breakdowns
- Communicating directly with IM machinery and ancillary equipment suppliers where required to ensure swift response
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Lead breakdown response and technical troubleshooting of equipment issues
- Lead all maintenance operations for injection moulding machinery, robots and ancillary equipment
- Play an active role in the commissioning and installation of new equipment
- Develop and mentor the Maintenance Engineers within the team
- Plan and control maintenance budgets, spares and critical inventory
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience within injection moulding maintenance is essential
- Good leadership and communication skills at all levels
- A good working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic/electrical automation controls
- Qualified electrician with 16th/17th/18th Edition regulations or equivalent
- Logic fault-finding & problem-solving skills
- Experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Experience of reactive maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
