Working alongside our client, a successful injection moulding manufacturer, as part of their growth plan we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.

Role:
- As Injection Moulding Setter you will be required to perform mould set ups and changes in an efficient manner according to the production schedule.
- You will perform real time maintenance on all primary tooling, machinery and auxiliary equipment as required.
- Assist the maintenance department within this process on technical issues as they arise.
- Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on equipment to provide timely short term and long-term solutions.
- Support and complete tool trials.
- Support the company with quality objectives related to requirements within ISO9001:2008.
- Perform all duties in a safe, non-hazardous manner in compliance with safety standards.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is ESSENTIAL.
- Experience of process problem solving within an injection moulding environment.
- Industry recognised injection moulding qualification.
- Basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive can-do attitude.
