Overview: Working alongside our client, a successful injection moulding manufacturer, as part of their growth plan we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team. Remit: * This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled injection moulding setter to land a secure position with a forward-thinking company going through an exciting time of growth and transition * Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing with good mould setting and processing skills * This opportunity will suit an injection moulding setter who is looking to continue their development and further their career within the industry Role: * As Injection Moulding Setter you will be required to perform mould set ups and changes in an efficient manner according to the production schedule * In the role of Injection Moulding Setter, you will perform real time maintenance on all primary tooling, machinery and auxiliary equipment as required * Assist the maintenance department within this process on technical issues as they arise * Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on equipment to provide timely short term and long-term solutions * Support and complete tool trials * Support the company with quality objectives related to requirements within ISO9001:2008 * Perform all duties in a safe, non-hazardous manner in compliance with safety standards Experience Requirements: * Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is ESSENTIAL * Experience of process problem solving within an injection moulding environment * Industry recognised injection moulding qualification * Basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required * Good communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Positive can-do attitude Key Words: “Injection Moulding Setter”, “Injection Moulding Technician”, “Mould Setter”, “Mould Technician”, “Setter”, “Mould Process Technician”, “Plastics”, “Injection Moulding” FOOTER Due to the sheer volume of applications we receive we will only contact successful applications that meet the requirements of our client job brief.
