We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join the Sienna X team and help take our award-winning beauty brand to the next level. You’ll be at the heart of our digital storytelling - creating thumb-stopping posts, driving engagement, and building a vibrant, loyal community. 


About the Role: 

This is a full-on, fast-paced and exciting social media career. You will own the growth of our digital community, create compelling content (mainly reels) that excite both professionals and consumers, and show up with energy across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll spark engaging conversations, lead challenges, feature real customers and ambassadors, and make sure our community feels valued, excited, and constantly learning. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 

✨ Developing and delivering creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more 

✨ Creating and scheduling engaging content (images, videos, Reels, Stories, posts) 

✨ Growing and nurturing our online community, boosting engagement and followers 

✨ Collaborating with our marketing and ecommerce team to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions 

✨ Monitoring performance, using analytics to improve and innovate 

✨ Staying ahead of social trends to keep Sienna X at the forefront of the beauty space 


What We’re Looking For: 

✅ A natural storyteller who knows how to craft content that connects 

✅ Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (especially Meta, TikTok, Instagram) 

✅ A good eye for design, photography, and short-form video 

✅ Organised, self-motivated, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table 

✅ Able to use Canva at an intermediate/advanced level to create polished, on-brand visuals 

✅ Comfortable with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar) to create engaging Reels and Stories 

✅ Previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a must)
