What you’ll be doing:
You will be a welcomed team member, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Guest Attendant, you’ll form a deep understanding of your residents and their living experience. You will build relationships with the residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well-being. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

- Answering all resident call bells and door alarms promptly and providing courteous service.
- Ensures that residents' own personal grooming is appropriate and uniform/dress is clean, tidy and according to dress code.
- Assist with transporting residents to and from their rooms, recreational activities, health office and dining room as required.
- Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; as well as oral and dental care.
- Completing laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments.
What you need to know:
- Grade 12 minimum education required.
- You have ‘Safe Serve’ designation and one year experience in dining room service.
- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
- You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
