We’re partnering with a growing, founder-led business that is looking to bring in a Programme Manager / Project Manager to support delivery across a number of key initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure, and driving projects forward.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the business
  • Introduce structure, planning, and light-touch governance across multiple workstreams
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure activity stays on track and aligned
  • Improve visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Contribute to the rollout of product and go-to-market initiatives later in the year

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, or PMO professional
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity without over-engineering processes
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in delivery
  • Exposure to transformation, operations, or change initiatives
