We’re working with a PE-backed energy business of c.100 employees that is looking for a hands-on Transformation Consultant to bring greater structure, governance and momentum to a portfolio of business-critical change initiatives.
Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you’ll take an end-to-end view of the transformation agenda — assessing demand and business cases, prioritising initiatives, establishing pragmatic project governance and then helping drive delivery through to implementation.
The portfolio includes a range of business-critical projects, including CRM transformation, implementation of a new documentation management platform.
