We’re partnering with a growing, founder-led business that is looking to bring in a Programme Manager / Project Manager to support delivery across a number of key initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure, and driving projects forward.

  • Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the business
  • Introduce structure, planning, and light-touch governance across multiple workstreams
  • Improve visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, or PMO professional
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to transformation, operations, or change initiatives

Location: Must be able to travel to Cardiff 2–3 days per week
