What you will do (core responsibilities)
- Own end-to-end process design for automating conveyancing
- Lead the design of automation across the full conveyancing workflow
- Identify where AI/automation can take over vs. where humans remain in the loop
- Assess each workflow step and determine automate, assist, or keep manual
- Translate analysis into concrete product/solution requirements
- Define AI requirements by scenario (e.g., broker/client calls requesting updates)
- Produce clear process maps and specifications for engineering/architecture
- Create current-state and future-state process maps
- Build a credible business case
- Quantify impact on unit cost (cost per case), throughput, SLA performance, and CX
- Work cross-functionally at speed
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, customer service, and senior leadership
- End-to-end current-state and future-state process maps for conveyancing
Must have:
- Process Mapping and automation programmes end-to-end
- Sierra AI end-to-end implementation is strongly preferred or competitor like (Intercom, Decagon)
- AI alternative: PolyAI or Palora
