We are partnering with a private equity-backed organisation undergoing a significant technology and operational transformation. The business is entering a critical scale phase and is seeking an experienced Interim CTO to provide hands-on leadership across platform delivery, engineering effectiveness, and technology operations. This is a high-impact assignment suited to an execution-oriented technology leader who has successfully delivered complex transformation programmes within regulated or fast-scaling environments.
The incoming Interim CTO will work closely with executive stakeholders to accelerate delivery across a large-scale platform modernisation initiative, while improving governance, engineering performance, and third-party delivery management. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at pace, making pragmatic technical decisions, and driving accountability across internal teams and external partners.
